Audio-Visual Equipment

Following audio-visual equipment is provided in the presentation rooms:

  • LCD projector (16:9)
  • Microphone
  • Laser pointer
  • Administrator PC (Used for all sessions)

Speakers will not be allowed to use their own PC.

Speakers have to upload and check their presentations in the SPEAKERS CORNER (room Berlin) well in advance, but not later than during the break before their Session.
Acceptable file format is: PPT, PPTX na PDF (we recommend to make PDF-A)

Presenting authors should “check in” with the session chairman at least five minutes before starting the session. Session staff will support you. Please note that the time needed for the setup will be subtracted from the time allowed for your presentation.


Poster sessions are scheduled on the afternoons of Monday - September 2 (poster code: Mo-P-xx) and Thursday - September 5 (poster code: Th-P-xx), at the room Berlin.

All posters of session Mo-P are supposed to be posted on the poster board by the Monday morning (Sept. 2), and to be removed by the end of Tuesday sessions (Sept. 3). Posters remaining at 17:00 will be disposed by the secretariat.

All posters of session Th-P are supposed to be posted on the poster board by the Wednesday morning (Sept. 4), and to be removed by the end of the Thursday poster session. Posters remaining at 17:30 will be disposed by the secretariat.

The available area of the poster boards is 95 cm wide and 180 cm high (portrait). We recommend A0 portrait - (landscape is not allowed)

Pins to place the posters will be provided by EHPRG 2019.

The program ID number is posted on each poster board for displaying the poster. The poster should contain the title, authors, affiliations, and well-prepared visual materials about the work.
Authors should be present to explain details and answer questions during the poster session.
