Registration fees:

Regular and Student/Retired registration fee includes:

Conference materials (congress bag, delegate badge, program, notepad, pen, etc.).
Access to all lectures, poster sessions and exhibitions during the conference.
Refreshments during the conference (welcome party, coffee breaks and conference dinner).
Prague walking tour on 4.9.2019 (in English language).

Note: Student fee – further documents approving student status may be required .
Eligible for student fee is a PHD student or master's degree, under 35 years of age.

Accompanying person registration fee includes:

Accompanying person badge.
Access to a welcome party and a conference dinner.
Prague castle tour in English language on 5.9.2019 (9:00 – 13:00).
Prague walking tour on 4.9.2019 (in English language).

Methods of Payment:

By Credit Card: registration fees should be paid using the “ThePay” payment gateway by your credit card within the registration process

By Bank Transfer: (bank coordinates, will receive after the registration)

EHPRG 2019 - Cancellation / Refund Policy:

Until 31^st May 2019 – 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
From 1^st June 2019 until 31^st July 2019 – 50% of the fee will be refunded.
From 1^st August 2019 no refund can be processed.

No refunds will be given for registrations and ticketed events for failure to attend, late arrival or early departure from the conference EHPRG 2019.

All cancellations must be provided in writing by email to the Secretariat of the EHPRG 2019 using This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and cannot be done over the phone.

Requests for refunds made after 1^st August 2019 will not be considered.

For any change of name a fee of 50 EUR will be charged.

All refund will be made after the end of the conference.
